I am tired. The team is tired. Since we last posted, we have performed Redeemer 6 times in three services, and outside the church at the street market. We have watched soccer, played soccer with the youth group, traveled 7 hours north to Rivera on the border with Brazil, helped the church work on a widow lady's house, shopped with the youth group from Rivera, had a two hour service where 5 team members shared their testimonies in Spanish. Then we came home today (Wed) six more hours, and celebrated Rebekah's 17th birthday! Along the way we have seen Goucho's (Cowboys), sheep, a horse wondering the streets, and many other memories. Tomorrow we go downtown Montevideo, and board the plane after saying goodbye to the Lancasters and the Acevedos. Then it is Miami at 5 am on Friday, and then Memphis, then home with a stop at Chick-Fil-A! See you soon!
